General:          

The residential and commercial building required various interior updates and exterior repairs over the years.  This historical site has been maintained to ensure it's visual appeal within the community.  Several years prior, we created an interior shaft to facilitate the installation of an elevator.

The repairs consisted of the following:

• Wood soffits and wooden cornice replacement
• Exterior masonry cleaning, painting, and caulking
• Limestone dental repairs
• Interior suite modifications and erection of masonry shaft for new elevator system.

Notes:
All work was complete in conjunction with city officials, engineers and architects.
